Description: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires Title III entities to provide access to their goods and services. This two-hour webinar focuses on readily achievable barrier removal for places of public accommodation and nonresidential commercial facilities. The comparison of barrier removal provisions in the California Building Code, Chapter 11B, and the 2010 ADAS will be discussed. Recent enforcement actions conducted by the US Department of Justice will be included in the discussion.
